Today finally ..... my maiden post! Thanks DI, Da and Ma.The only 3 children I have in this world. Between them they managed to corner me, intimidate me and even bribe me (with free service ) to start this blog. At last my very own blog. So glad to be with you guys out there.
Yesterday was my grandson Eric's school sportsday. Me and Tok planned to drive up north to Ipoh to watch him race and to
see big sis Elise receive her outstanding awards at her school. I was supposed to be just a guest revelling in my grandchildren's achievements. But that was not to be.Last minute plan changing by the children's parents render me an easy victim of the' out - of- touch- Grandma' syndrome.
Firstly we ,Tok and me ,were entrusted with the task of sending Eric to school . Excuse me, which gate aaa...? Three gates and half kilometer of half running ,and half walking later, me with Eric in tow reached Gate no. 3; to be greeted by the gateman with " cepatlah u sudah lambat"I glared at him with my politically menacing look ang saying under my breath " don't u think I know?
